Intra-organizational communications as a factor of staff satisfaction with sustainable development work

چکیده
The article presents the results of a study intra-organizational communications using example Russian organization with staff more than 1000 people and an assessment impact this factor on level satisfaction sustainable development work. empirical part was carried out by questionnaire method 50% organization’s personnel. data were processed SPSS Statistics program (version 21). Construction balanced model vertical horizontal in based needs for information about internal processes external environment its regular monitoring allows you to increase efficiency communication process. Personnel process is one indicators effectiveness communications. It gives positive correlation overall personnel activity high awareness show involvement employees adoption managerial decisions have effect their professional responsibility.
